I have also worked in other service industries, including the restaurant business, which has dramatically improved my ability to listen to the needs of my customer and to pay attention to the fine details. By combining this attention to detail with my strong knowledge of the industry, I patiently advise my clients on a multitude of programs available to them. I have been the recipient of many awards over the years for my impact on the industry and for my work serving 1st time home-buyers. Also, as a proprietor of my own investment real-estate company, I am able to offer clients a full perspective on various aspects of the real-estate market.
