Robert (Butch) joined Team Remp in July of 2022, following a 21-year career in the public education sector. Robert was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, and he and his wife are now raising their three children here as well. He is a lifelong fan of the Pirates, Penguins and Steelers, and even manages to get out onto the ice himself for some old-man ice hockey.

Prior to joining Federated, Robert served as a certified math instructor for Nevada’s Clark County School District, Pittsburgh Public Schools, and the Environmental Charter School. Robert brings with him a wealth of transferable skills including innovative solutions, forward-thinking strategic leadership and keen project management skills, as well as a passion to help potential homeowners understand the complexities of mortgage lending and realize their dreams of home ownership.

Robert holds a Master of Education from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and earned his Bachelor of Science from Slippery Rock University.

Craig Schweiger: Craig has 30 years mortgage banking experience. Craig is a Co-founder of Federated Mortgage Corp and Federated Appraisal and Closing Services and served as their President until 2009. Craig also has 28 years experience in construction contracting and real estate development.

From 2011 until 2020 Craig led the successful development and relocation of two homeless facilities in Pittsburgh for Light of Life Ministries. Craig is also the founder and President of the Joshua Foundation which built and operates a missionary lodge in Cap Haitian Haiti and a will have a retreat lodge at Ligonier Camp and Conference Center opening in 2021. Craig and his wife Leeanne reside in Franklin Park and have six children.

Craig has a strong faith in Jesus Christ and serves on the board of The Pittsburgh project and Dry Bones Ministry.

Deepak holds an MBA in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and understands the intricacies of the loan process. He customizes his services to ensure a seamless experience for you, whether you're purchasing or refinancing your home.

House Hunting Tips

Searching for a new home can be overwhelming. Here are a few tips to make it a bit easier!

1) Take a notepad and map with you. Save each home’s fact sheet.
2) Limit the homes you look at in one session to three, so you can focus on the details.
3) Take a picture of the homes that appeal to you, so you can remember their features.
4) Ask questions about any problems in the home before you make an offer.

Justin Remp has successfully been helping people with their home loan needs as a mortgage loan officer since 2005! With a passion for helping others, Justin works with roughly 70 individuals and families a year to help them secure their home loan financing. Licensed in Pennsylvania, he specializes in FHA loans, first-time home buyer loans, refinances, VA and USDA loans.

A Pittsburgh native, Justin grew up in McKeesport and is dedicated to giving back to his community by coaching girls basketball. With support from his loving wife and 2 children, Justin hopes to continue to grow his business by matching the right buyer to the right home loan.

Kyle Coniker is a distinguished loan officer. He likes to view his services as one of a kind, which is the same way he treats his clients. He specializes in helping young buyers, investors, and the elderly find a home where the numbers simply work. He has a software development and business optimization background. With an education from the University of North Carolina, Kyle has come back home to Pittsburgh where he grew up to help people in the city he loves. Kyle works with a team of loan officers to help handle unique situations such as immigrant borrowers, residential and small commercial investors, and the elderly with special healthcare needs.

Logan graduated from Seton Hill University in 2019 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Minor in Spanish. He was a four-year member of the Division II football team that competes in the PSAC.

Logan joined Federated Mortgage Corp. in May of 2020. He has worked in sales prior to joining the company, which has allowed him to be a competitive and dedicated loan officer. He is a member of Team Remp and is responsible for managing many day to day tasks. Logan is responsible for creating Team Remp’s social media content, marketing material, and training modules.

Logan lives in Irwin, PA with his wife, Savannah. He enjoys going on many trips with his wife and spending time with his family and friends. Logan’s ultimate goal is to help match each person with the right product that suits their specific needs.

Mark Milburn has been with Federated Mortgage Corp. as a senior loan officer and fully-vested shareholder for the past 18 years. He has extensive experience in working with first-time home buyers and assisting his clients through complex FHA loans.

Mark has been the recipient of the Five Star Mortgage Professional award for the previous 6 years; where candidates are identified through evaluations submitted by consumers and real estate agents for superior customer service.

Mark is a University of Pittsburgh graduate, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and as a Pittsburgh native, is a big local sports fan. He most enjoys helping clients navigate the mortgage loan process and hopes to retire from Federated Mortgage Corp. after successfully dedicating many more years of service to the company and his clients.

I've lived in Pittsburgh nearly all my life. Worked for my father’s building company for nearly 15 years and was directly responsible for all aspects of business operations to include financing and banking for company operations.

I then transitioned directly into the Mortgage Industry where I have been for the last 14 years.

I have been with Federated Mortgage Corp. since 2010 and consider myself an expert in the marketing of financial services and consultative sales. In addition to being a Sr. Loan Officer, I am also a Business Partner who provides Managerial support in all facets of the company.

I was born in Charleston, SC but I have spent over half my life in NC. Spent some time living in FL too. Graduated from UNC. I have over 16 years experience in the Mortgage Business. I enjoy playing guitar and singing, golf and my dog.

Venu Yarvaneni has been in the mortgage industry for more than 2 years. He has a wide range of expertise in the mortgage lending business, including experience working with immigrant families and first-time homebuyers. He also has extensive knowledge of investment property lending, commercial, and multi-family financing. Since he worked in many states, he has a strong understanding of the needs of all types of borrowers.

He is also a licensed real estate agent in MD and VA with 6 plus years of experience. Venu has been doing it successfully for many years by using his intelligence, patience, and kindness.

Bill Weeks Jr. graduated from Penn State in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. He has spent the past 10+ years working in customer relations and recently joined Federated Mortgage in 2020. His background in customer relations along with his strong work ethic has helped him have early success in being a licensed loan officer. Bill is a part of an emerging team, Team Remp, led by his brother-in-law who has 17+ years of experience.

Bill is also a graduate of North Hills high school and still resides in the North Hills with his daugther Gemma and two cats, Millie and Merlin. His passions include live music, hockey, golf and fishing.

Bill's goal is to help put people and their families into the homes of their dreams.
